- 100 gPeppers
- 30 gRed onion
- 100 gTomatoes
- 10 gOlive oil (1 tbsp)
- Lemon, parsley, cumin, salt, pepper
How to make it
- Rinse and drain the chickpeas.
- Finely dice the pepper, onion and tomatoes, chop the parsley.
- Mix everything with oil, lemon juice, a pinch of cumin, salt and pepper. Leave for 15 minutes.
One tip
Rinse tinned chickpeas until the water runs clear. The liquid from the tin tastes of the tin.
