The pepper is the shape and the side at once. The filling is fried first, then everything bakes soft in the sauce. One plate, plenty of protein.

- 150 gMinced beef
- 40 gRice, raw
- 50 gOnion
- 150 gPassata
- 10 gOlive oil (1 tbsp)
- Garlic, parsley, oregano, paprika, salt, pepper
How to make it
- Half-cook the rice. Oven to 190 degrees.
- Soften the onion and garlic in the oil, brown the mince, fold in the rice, parsley, oregano, paprika, salt and pepper.
- Halve the peppers lengthways, seed them, fill them.
- Passata into a dish, set the pepper halves in it, cover with foil.
- Bake for 25 minutes, take the foil off, ten minutes more until the peppers are soft.
One tip
With feta on top for the last ten minutes it turns Greek.
