  • 100 gRed lentils
  • 80 gCarrots
  • 100 gPotatoes
  • 60 gOnion
  • 600 mlVegetable stock
  • 10 gOlive oil (1 tbsp)
  • 10 gLemon juice (2 tsp)
  • Cumin, paprika, mint, salt, pepper

How to make it

  1. Soften the onion in the oil, fry the diced carrot and potato briefly with it, toast the cumin and paprika.
  2. Add the lentils and stock and cook for 25 minutes until everything is soft.
  3. Blend it, season with salt, pepper and lemon, mint over the top.

One tip

A spoon of oil heated with paprika and drizzled over the soup is the finishing touch.
