- Paprika, cumin, garlic, lemon, salt, pepper
How to make it
- Marinate the chicken strips in the oil, paprika, cumin, garlic, lemon and salt for 20 minutes.
- Bake the chips in the oven as the packet says and cook the rice.
- Fry the chicken in a hot pan for four minutes a side.
- Arrange everything on the plate with the salad, tomato and onion.
One tip
To lose weight, leave out the chips and take more salad. The plate works in both directions.
