- 30 gOlives
- 40 gChickpeas, drained
- 10 gOlive oil (1 tbsp)
- 60 gPitta bread (1 piece)
- Paprika, parsley, lemon, salt
How to make it
- Spread the hummus flat on a plate and draw a hollow with the back of a spoon.
- Dice the vegetables, mix with the olives, chickpeas, lemon and salt, and pile them on the hummus.
- Oil into the hollow, paprika and parsley over it, pita alongside.
One tip
Hummus from the chiller is fine. Homemade is here as a recipe of its own.
