- 20 gSoy sauce (1 tbsp)
- 20 gLime juice (1 tbsp)
- 10 gSugar (2 tsp)
- 10 gCanola oil (1 tbsp)
- Garlic, chilli, mint, coriander
How to make it
- Whisk the soy sauce, lime, sugar, garlic and chilli into a dressing. Cook the noodles as the packet says and rinse them cold.
- Sear the beef with the garlic in the oil for one minute.
- Layer the salad, herbs, cucumber and carrot strips in bowls, noodles on top, meat on top of that.
- Sprouts and peanuts over it, dressing alongside, mix at the table.
One tip
Slice the meat thinly, which is easiest when it is half frozen.
