A salad that does not leave you hungry: nuts and seeds bring fat and bite, avocado brings the fullness. No stove, in a quarter of an hour.

- 60 gRed cabbage
- 60 gCarrot
- 80 gTomato
- 70 gAvocado (½ piece)
- 20 gWalnuts
- 10 gPumpkin seeds
- 10 gOlive oil (1 tbsp)
- 10 gLemon juice (2 tsp)
- Mustard, salt, pepper
How to make it
- Finely shred the red cabbage, grate the carrot, dice the tomato and avocado, tear the leaves.
- Whisk the oil, lemon, mustard, salt and pepper and toss everything in it.
- Walnuts and pumpkin seeds over the top.
One tip
Toast the seeds and nuts briefly in a pan if you have the time. The difference is big.
