- 150 gCucumber
- 80 gPeppers
- 40 gRed onion
- 40 gOlives
- 80 gFeta
- 20 gOlive oil (2 tbsp)
- 5 gVinegar (1 tsp)
- Oregano, salt, pepper
How to make it
- Cut the tomatoes, cucumber and pepper into rough pieces and the onion into rings.
- Mix with the olives and lay the feta on top in one piece.
- Oil and vinegar over it, then oregano, salt and pepper.
One tip
With bread for dipping it is a dinner, without bread a low-carb plate.
