- 20 gOlive oil (2 tbsp)
- 10 gLemon juice (2 tsp)
- Garlic, salt, nutritional yeast to taste
How to make it
- Cook the pasta in salted water, keeping a cup of the cooking water.
- Blend the basil, cashews, oil, lemon, garlic and salt into a paste.
- Loosen the pesto with a little pasta water and toss the pasta in it.
One tip
Under a layer of oil the pesto keeps three days in the fridge.
