The squash roasts in the oven, the quinoa cooks, the salmon fries. Three things at once, and at the end there is a bowl that carries the evening after training.

- 60 gQuinoa
- 100 gButternut squash
- 50 gAvocado (½ piece)
- 60 gSweetcorn
- 60 gRed cabbage
- 10 gOlive oil (1 tbsp)
- Lemon, peppers, salt, pepper
How to make it
- Roast the diced squash with half the oil and the paprika at 200 degrees for twenty-five minutes.
- Cook the quinoa for fifteen minutes. Finely shred the red cabbage and knead it with the lemon and salt.
- Fry the salmon in the rest of the oil for four minutes a side.
- Arrange everything in the bowl with the avocado and sweetcorn.
One tip
The salmon is done when it flakes apart under a fork.
