The wok dish that needs no recipe, only an order: hard vegetables first, soft ones last, sauce at the end. Here is the order.

- 20 gSoy sauce
- 10 gSesame oil (2 tsp)
- 10 gCanola oil (1 tbsp)
- 70 gRice, raw
- 5 gSesame seeds (1 tsp)
- Ginger, garlic
How to make it
- Cook the rice. Cut all the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- Get the rapeseed oil very hot in the wok, fry the carrot and broccoli for two minutes, then the onion, pepper and mushrooms, then the mangetout, ginger and garlic.
- Add the soy sauce and sesame oil, toss for a minute, sesame over the top.
One tip
With fried tofu, tempeh or an egg the side dish becomes a meal.
