The dessert for people who do not bake: no tin to grease, no pastry to roll. Berries below, crumble above, and the berries may be frozen.

Ingredients

  • 250 gRaspberries, frozen
  • 250 gBlueberries, frozen
  • 120 gPlain flour
  • 80 gRolled oats
  • 100 gButter, cold
  • 80 gSugar
  • Cinnamon, a pinch of salt

How to make it

  1. Oven to 190 degrees. Put the berries in a baking dish with a tablespoon of the sugar.
  2. Mix the flour, oats, remaining sugar, cinnamon and salt, add the cold butter in cubes and rub it into crumbs with your fingers.
  3. Scatter the crumbs over the berries without pressing them down.
  4. Bake for 35 minutes, until the crumble is golden and the berries bubble at the edge.

One tip

With a spoon of yoghurt or skyr the dessert turns into breakfast.
