- 250 gBlueberries, frozen
- 120 gPlain flour
- 80 gRolled oats
- 100 gButter, cold
- 80 gSugar
- Cinnamon, a pinch of salt
How to make it
- Oven to 190 degrees. Put the berries in a baking dish with a tablespoon of the sugar.
- Mix the flour, oats, remaining sugar, cinnamon and salt, add the cold butter in cubes and rub it into crumbs with your fingers.
- Scatter the crumbs over the berries without pressing them down.
- Bake for 35 minutes, until the crumble is golden and the berries bubble at the edge.
One tip
With a spoon of yoghurt or skyr the dessert turns into breakfast.
