The biscuit you can make without scales and that tastes of oats, not of a factory. One is a snack, two are a pudding.
Ingredients

- 150 gRolled oats
- 80 gPlain flour
- 80 gButter, soft
- 60 gSugar
- 60 gEgg (1 piece)
- 3 gBaking powder (½ tsp)
- 40 gRaisins
- Cinnamon, vanilla, a pinch of salt
How to make it
- Oven to 180 degrees. Beat the butter and sugar until fluffy, stir in the egg and vanilla.
- Mix the oats, flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt, fold them in, add the raisins.
- Set eight mounds well apart on a tray and press them flat.
- Bake for 15 minutes until the edges brown. Let them firm up on the tray.
One tip
They are still soft out of the oven and set as they cool. Do not bake them longer.
