The pudding that comes out of four apples and whatever is always in the cupboard. No pastry, no tin to grease, just crumbs rubbed together with your fingers.

- 500 gApples (4 piece)
- 50 gSugar
- 100 gPlain flour
- 60 gRolled oats
- 80 gButter, cold
- Cinnamon, lemon, a pinch of salt
How to make it
- Oven to 190 degrees. Peel the apples, cut them into pieces, put them in a dish with a tablespoon of sugar, the cinnamon and the lemon.
- Mix the flour, oats, remaining sugar and salt, and rub the cold diced butter in with your fingers to make crumbs.
- Crumbs over the apples, do not press them down.
- Bake for 35 minutes until the crumble is golden brown.
One tip
With a spoon of skyr or yoghurt the crumble becomes breakfast.
