Chicken, tomatoes, basil, olive oil. The recipe is more of an order than a set of instructions, and it is on the table in a quarter of an hour.
Ingredients
Forserving
- 180 gChicken breast
- 200 gCherry tomatoes
- 10 gOlive oil (1 tbsp)
- 60 gWholemeal bread (1.5 slices)
- Basil, garlic, salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar
How to make it
- Halve the chicken horizontally, salt and pepper it.
- Fry it in the oil for four minutes a side. Take it out and let it rest.
- Halved tomatoes and garlic into the same pan, toss for two minutes, a splash of balsamic.
- Tomatoes over the chicken, basil on top, bread alongside.
One tip
Never fry basil. It goes raw onto hot food and opens up there.
