- 60 gPeas, frozen
- 40 gSpring onion
- 15 gSoy sauce (1 tbsp)
- 10 gCanola oil (1 tbsp)
- Garlic, white pepper
How to make it
- Get the oil very hot in a large pan, fry the garlic briefly.
- Crack in the eggs, stir them, let them set and break them into pieces.
- Add the rice and peas and fry over high heat for three minutes, turning often.
- Season with soy sauce and pepper, fold in the spring onion.
One tip
The pan has to be genuinely hot, otherwise the rice steams instead of frying.
