- 150 gchicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 20 gPlain flour
- 30 gEgg, beaten (½ piece)
- 30 gwhite breadcrumbs
- 15 gCanola oil
- 60 gBurger bun (1 piece)
- 20 gCheddar (1 slice)
- 20 gSalad leaves
- 15 gMayonnaise (1 tbsp)
- Paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper
How to make it
- Flatten the meat and season it with salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder.
- Turn it in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs, pressing them on well.
- Heat the oil in the pan and fry the meat golden for four minutes a side. Lay the cheese on for the final minute.
- Cut the bun open and toast it briefly.
- Mayonnaise on the base, salad, meat, lid.
One tip
The coating holds better if the breaded meat rests in the fridge for ten minutes before frying.
