Dates, oats, almonds and cocoa, blended and rolled into balls. The snack for your bag that replaces a bar and has no ingredient list you cannot read.

Ingredients

  • 150 gDates, pitted
  • 60 gRolled oats
  • 50 gAlmonds
  • 15 gCocoa powder (2 tbsp)
  • 15 gCranberries, dried
  • a pinch of salt, a splash of water

How to make it

  1. Soak the dates in hot water for ten minutes, then drain.
  2. Blend with the oats, almonds, cocoa and salt until you have a sticky mass. Too dry: a teaspoon of water.
  3. Knead in the cranberries, roll twelve balls, chill for 30 minutes.

One tip

The balls keep for two weeks in the fridge. Three of them are a portion.
