- 150 gDates, pitted
- 60 gRolled oats
- 50 gAlmonds
- 15 gCocoa powder (2 tbsp)
- 15 gCranberries, dried
- a pinch of salt, a splash of water
How to make it
- Soak the dates in hot water for ten minutes, then drain.
- Blend with the oats, almonds, cocoa and salt until you have a sticky mass. Too dry: a teaspoon of water.
- Knead in the cranberries, roll twelve balls, chill for 30 minutes.
One tip
The balls keep for two weeks in the fridge. Three of them are a portion.
