A salad rarely fills you up. This one does, because the chicken and the feta together bring over forty grams of protein.
Ingredients
Forserving
- 150 gChicken breast
- 150 gTomatoes
- 100 gCucumber
- 80 gIceberg lettuce
- 50 gFeta
- 30 gRed onion
- 25 gBlack olives
- 10 gOlive oil (1 tbsp)
- Salt, pepper, oregano
How to make it
- Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper and fry it in a little oil for four to five minutes a side. Let it rest for two minutes, then slice it.
- Cut the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber and onion and put them in a bowl.
- Add the olives and feta, then toss with oil, oregano, salt and pepper.
- Lay the chicken on top.
One tip
The chicken can go on warm, not hot. Hot chicken wilts the salad, cold chicken tastes of the fridge.
