A Greek salad needs no leaves, only ripe vegetables, feta and oregano. With a grilled chicken breast beside it, it is dinner in summer.

- 150 gTomatoes
- 100 gCucumber
- 50 gFeta
- 30 gOlives
- 30 gRed onion
- 5 gOlive oil (1 tsp)
- Oregano, lemon, salt, pepper
How to make it
- Flatten the chicken, season with oregano, lemon, salt and pepper, cook in a griddle pan for five minutes a side.
- Cut the tomatoes and cucumber into pieces, the onion into rings, mix with the olives, feta, oil and oregano, arrange beside the chicken.
One tip
The feta stays in pieces. Crumbled it disappears.
