Packet granola is expensive and sweet. Made yourself you decide how many nuts go in, and a jar lasts two weeks. Vegan, with maple syrup instead of honey.

Ingredients

Forservings
  • 300 gRolled oats
  • 80 gAlmonds
  • 60 gWalnuts
  • 40 gPumpkin seeds
  • 60 gMaple syrup
  • 40 gCoconut oil, melted
  • 60 gCranberries, dried
  • Cinnamon, a pinch of salt

How to make it

  1. Oven to 160 degrees. Mix the oats, roughly chopped nuts, seeds, cinnamon and salt.
  2. Stir the maple syrup and coconut oil together, pour it over the mixture and work it through with your hands until nothing is dry.
  3. Spread flat on a lined tray, bake for 30 minutes, turning once after 15.
  4. Cool completely, and only then mix in the cranberries and fill the jar.

One tip

Do not stir it while it cools, and you keep the clusters everyone picks out of the jar.
