How to make it
- Mix the mince with the egg, breadcrumbs, half the Parmesan, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper and roll hazelnut-sized balls.
- Cook the finely diced onion, carrots and celery in the broth for ten minutes.
- Add the meatballs and pasta and simmer for ten minutes, the spinach for the last minute.
- Serve with the rest of the Parmesan.
One tip
Keep the balls small. They should fit on the spoon.
