- 200 gpork loin steak
- 150 gCourgette
- 100 gPeppers
- 100 gTomato
- 15 gOlive oil (1 tbsp)
- Rosemary, garlic, lemon, salt, pepper
How to make it
- Take the steak out of the fridge half an hour ahead and rub it with oil, rosemary and garlic.
- Slice the courgette and peppers, griddle or fry them for three minutes a side, take them out and salt them.
- Fry the steak for four minutes a side, season with salt and pepper, rest for five minutes.
- Serve with the vegetables, tomato and lemon.
One tip
A loin steak is done when the middle is faintly pink. Cooked through it turns dry.
