Pulled pork takes eight hours, pulled chicken half of one. The breast cooks in barbecue sauce and is shredded with two forks until it has soaked the sauce up.

How to make it
- Simmer the onion rings with the chicken, stock and half the barbecue sauce, covered, for twenty minutes.
- Shred the meat with two forks, back into the liquid, add the rest of the sauce, reduce uncovered.
- Shred the cabbage and carrot and mix with the yoghurt, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Toast the buns and fill with the meat, slaw and cucumber slices.
