The dinner where the oven does the work. Salmon and asparagus on one tray, oil, salt, lemon, and it is done in a quarter of an hour.

- 150 gSalmon fillet
- 250 gGreen asparagus
- 10 gOlive oil (1 tbsp)
- Salt, pepper, lemon, garlic
- 60 gGreek yoghurt, 0% fat
How to make it
- Oven to 200 degrees fan. Snap the bottom third off the asparagus.
- Asparagus and salmon on a tray, with oil, salt, pepper and chopped garlic, lemon slices on the salmon.
- Roast for 12 to 15 minutes, until the salmon flakes with a fork.
- Stir the yoghurt with a little lemon and salt and serve as a dip.
One tip
Thick salmon needs 15 minutes, thin salmon 12. Take it out a minute early rather than late, it carries on cooking on the tray.
