- 350 mlMilk
- 10 gSugar (2 tsp)
- 100 gApple (1 piece)
- 60 gBanana (½ piece)
- 15 gAlmonds
- Cinnamon, a pinch of salt
How to make it
- Bring the milk to the boil with the sugar and salt and rain in the semolina while stirring.
- Stir over low heat for two minutes, then off the heat and leave it to swell for five minutes.
- Sliced apple and banana with almonds and cinnamon on top.
One tip
Coarse semolina makes it grainier, fine semolina creamier.
