Beans from a tin, tomatoes from a tin, and still a stew that tastes of hours. That comes from the paprika, the cumin and the half hour over a low flame.

- 400 gTinned tomatoes
- 100 gOnion
- 100 gCarrots
- 15 gOlive oil (1 tbsp)
- 300 mlVegetable stock
- 20 gTomato purée (1 tbsp)
- Paprika, cumin, garlic, coriander, salt, pepper
How to make it
- Dice the onion and carrot, soften them in the oil for five minutes, toast the garlic and tomato purée briefly.
- Add the paprika and cumin, then deglaze immediately with the tomatoes and stock.
- Add the beans and simmer gently for 25 minutes until the stew thickens.
- Salt, pepper, serve with coriander.
One tip
A piece of bread for dipping belongs with it. For more protein, poach two eggs in the pot.
