- 250 mlMilk
- 50 gWalnuts
- 30 gHoney (2 tbsp)
- 5 gBaking powder (1 tsp)
- Cinnamon, pinch of salt
How to make it
- Heat the oven to 180 degrees and grease a small dish.
- Mix the oats, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Whisk the eggs, milk and honey and fold them in.
- Fold in the diced apple and chopped walnuts and spread it in the dish.
- Bake for thirty-five minutes until the surface is firm and golden.
One tip
It keeps four days in the fridge. A piece with yoghurt is a complete breakfast.
