Porridge from the oven: the oats are bound with egg and milk and get a crust. One dish covers four mornings, and it is just as good cold from the fridge.

Ingredients

Forservings
  • 200 gRolled oats
  • 300 gApples (2 piece)
  • 100 gEggs (2 piece)
  • 250 mlMilk
  • 50 gWalnuts
  • 30 gHoney (2 tbsp)
  • 5 gBaking powder (1 tsp)
  • Cinnamon, pinch of salt

How to make it

  1. Heat the oven to 180 degrees and grease a small dish.
  2. Mix the oats, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Whisk the eggs, milk and honey and fold them in.
  3. Fold in the diced apple and chopped walnuts and spread it in the dish.
  4. Bake for thirty-five minutes until the surface is firm and golden.

One tip

It keeps four days in the fridge. A piece with yoghurt is a complete breakfast.
