One banana, two eggs, oats. A pancake needs no more than that, and the banana replaces the sugar.

Ingredients

Forserving
  • 120 gBanana, ripe (1 piece)
  • 110 gEggs (2 piece)
  • 50 gRolled oats
  • 5 gButter
  • Cinnamon, a pinch of salt

How to make it

  1. Mash the banana with a fork, add the eggs, oats, cinnamon and salt and stir into a batter. Leave it for five minutes so the oats swell.
  2. Melt the butter in the pan over medium heat.
  3. One heaped tablespoon of batter per pancake, about eight centimetres across. Two minutes, until bubbles show on top, then flip and give it a minute.

One tip

Keep them small. These pancakes have no flour holding them together, and big ones break when you flip them.
