One banana, two eggs, oats. A pancake needs no more than that, and the banana replaces the sugar.
Ingredients
Forserving
- 120 gBanana, ripe (1 piece)
- 110 gEggs (2 piece)
- 50 gRolled oats
- 5 gButter
- Cinnamon, a pinch of salt
How to make it
- Mash the banana with a fork, add the eggs, oats, cinnamon and salt and stir into a batter. Leave it for five minutes so the oats swell.
- Melt the butter in the pan over medium heat.
- One heaped tablespoon of batter per pancake, about eight centimetres across. Two minutes, until bubbles show on top, then flip and give it a minute.
One tip
Keep them small. These pancakes have no flour holding them together, and big ones break when you flip them.
