- 60 gSoft goat cheese
- 20 gPecans
- 30 gLamb's lettuce
- 10 gOlive oil (1 tbsp)
- 10 gBalsamic vinegar (2 tsp)
- Salt, pepper
How to make it
- Slice the beetroot as thinly as you can and lay it out on the plate.
- Goat cheese in pieces on top, pecans roughly chopped over it, lamb’s lettuce in between.
- Oil, balsamic, salt and pepper over the lot.
One tip
Gloves, or lemon juice on your fingers. Beetroot stains, and it stays until tomorrow.
