- 150 gRomaine lettuce
- 100 gTomatoes
- 20 gCroutons
- 20 gParmesan, shaved
- 60 gGreek yoghurt, 0% fat
- 10 gOlive oil (1 tbsp)
- Lemon, mustard, garlic, salt, pepper
How to make it
- Salt the chicken, fry it in oil for five minutes a side, rest it for two minutes and slice it.
- Stir the yoghurt with half the Parmesan, the lemon juice, half a teaspoon of mustard, garlic, salt and pepper.

One tip
Let the dressing stand for a minute before it meets the salad. The Parmesan dissolves and it turns creamy.
