If you can eat a lot in the morning, this puts all of it on one plate. One pan is enough: pancakes first, then bacon, then the eggs in the bacon fat.
Ingredients
Forserving
- 120 gEggs (2 piece)
- 40 gStreaky bacon (3 slices)
- 60 gPlain flour
- 80 mlMilk
- 3 gBaking powder (½ tsp)
- 10 gButter
- 20 gMaple syrup (1 tbsp)
- 30 gWholemeal toast (1 slice)
How to make it
- Stir the flour, baking powder, a pinch of salt and the milk into a smooth batter. Cook three small pancakes in a little butter and keep them warm.
- Fry the bacon crisp in the pan and take it out.
- Fry the eggs in the bacon fat. Toast the bread.
- Everything onto one plate, butter and maple syrup on the pancakes.
One tip
Keep the pancakes warm in the oven at 80 degrees, and everything reaches the table hot at once.
