- 80 mlMilk
- 10 gButter
- 60 gRaspberries
- 40 gBlueberries
- 15 gMaple syrup (1 tbsp)
- Cinnamon, vanilla
- 5 gIcing sugar (1 tsp)
How to make it
- Beat the egg, milk, cinnamon and vanilla. Soak the bread in it for half a minute a side.
- Melt the butter in the pan and fry the bread golden over medium heat for two to three minutes a side.
- Stack it, berries and maple syrup on top.
- Dust with icing sugar.
One tip
With wholemeal toast it turns nuttier and keeps you full for longer.
