Keema is mince curry, in India usually with lamb, here with chicken. It is dry rather than saucy and is picked up with bread. A curry for evenings without time.

- 20 gCanola oil (2 tbsp)
- 120 gNaan (2 piece)
- Ginger, garlic, garam masala, turmeric, cumin, chilli, coriander, salt
How to make it
- Fry the onions golden in the oil and toast the ginger, garlic and spices with them.
- Add the mince, fry it crumbly, add the diced tomatoes, simmer for fifteen minutes until the liquid is gone.
- Add the peas, five minutes more, salt it, serve with coriander and naan.
One tip
With rice and a fried egg it becomes a different meal, and just as good.
