The wrap for lunch: chicken strips from the pan, salad, tomato and a yoghurt dressing. Briefly griddled so it holds and crisps.
Ingredients
Forserving
- 60 gWheat tortilla (1 piece)
- 120 gChicken breast
- 50 gIceberg lettuce
- 80 gTomatoes
- 40 gGreek yoghurt, 0% fat
- 5 gOlive oil (1 tsp)
- Paprika, salt, pepper, lemon, garlic
- 30 gRed onion
- 50 gCucumber
- 40 gPeppers
How to make it
- Cut the chicken into strips and fry it with paprika and salt in the oil for six minutes.
- Stir the yoghurt with lemon, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Spread the tortilla with the dressing, then shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes and chicken in the middle. Fold in the sides and roll it up.

- Add the onion rings, cucumber and pepper strips to the wrap.
One tip
That minute in the pan is the difference between a wrap that unrolls and one that holds.
