If you want to gain weight, you need breakfasts you enjoy. This one tastes of dessert and still carries oats, milk and peanut butter.

- 70 gRolled oats
- 300 mlMilk
- 10 gCocoa powder, unsweetened (1 tbsp)
- 100 gBanana (1 piece)
- 20 gPeanut butter (1 tbsp)
- 15 gDark chocolate
- 5 gHoney (1 tsp)
How to make it
- Bring the oats, milk and cocoa to the boil in a pot and stir for five minutes.
- Mash half the banana and stir it in, then sweeten with honey.
- Into a bowl. The rest of the banana in slices, peanut butter and chopped chocolate on top.
One tip
The mashed banana in the porridge makes it sweet enough to leave the honey out.
