Trout is the fish you get gutted at the counter and that is cooked in a quarter of an hour. Lemon and dill in the cavity is all it needs.
Ingredients
Forserving
- 250 gwhole trout, cleaned (about 350 g) (1 piece)
- 15 gOlive oil (1 tbsp)
- 30 gLemon (½ piece)
- Dill, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper
How to make it
- Pat the trout dry, salt it inside and out, fill the cavity with lemon slices, dill and garlic, rub it with oil.
- Cook on a hot grill or in a pan for six to seven minutes a side, turning only once.
- Serve with lemon and parsley.
One tip
The skin lifts off the grill by itself once it is crisp. Turn too early and you tear it off.
