Guacamole is a question of ripeness: the avocado has to give under your thumb. Then it takes only lime, salt and a fork. Everything else is trimming.
Ingredients
Forservings
- 200 gAvocado (1 piece)
- 60 gTomato
- 30 gRed onion
- 20 gLime (1 piece)
- 60 gTortilla chips
- Coriander, chilli, salt
How to make it
- Roughly mash the avocado with a fork and add the lime juice and salt straight away.
- Finely chop the tomato, onion, coriander and chilli and fold them in.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
One tip
Putting the stone in the guacamole does nothing. Cling film pressed onto the surface does.
