- 200 mlMilk
- 20 gRaisins
- 15 gCranberries, dried
- 10 gHoney (1 tsp)
- Cinnamon, pinch of salt, 100 ml water
How to make it
- Rinse the millet in hot water, bring it to the boil with the milk, water and salt.
- Let it swell over low heat for twenty minutes, stirring now and then, adding the raisins for the last five.
- Serve with the honey, cinnamon and cranberries.
One tip
Rinsing takes the bitterness out of the millet. Do not skip it.
