An omelette needs nothing but eggs and a pan that does not stick. The cheese and tomato go in at the last minute, so the cheese melts and the tomato does not water it.
Ingredients
Forserving
- 150 gEggs (3 piece)
- 80 gTomatoes
- 30 gRed onion
- 30 gGouda, grated
- 5 gButter
- 15 gWalnuts
- Salt, pepper, parsley
How to make it
- Beat the eggs with salt and pepper.
- Melt the butter in the pan, pour in the eggs, let them set over medium heat, loosening the edge with a spatula.
- Put the tomato, onion and cheese on one half, fold it over, wait a minute. Walnuts and parsley alongside.
One tip
Keep the heat medium. An omelette should be blond, not brown.
