Two minutes of work at night, and breakfast is waiting in the fridge. The yoghurt is what sets this apart from plain overnight oats: it brings the protein that oats alone lack, and that is what carries the bowl until lunch.

Ingredients

Forserving
  • 60 gRolled oats
  • 150 gGreek yoghurt, 0% fat
  • 120 mlmilk, 1.5% fat
  • 100 gBlueberries
  • 10 gHoney (1 tsp)

How to make it

  1. Put the oats, yoghurt and milk in a jar and stir until you cannot see any dry flakes.
  2. Cover and leave in the fridge overnight. Four hours will do.
  3. In the morning add the blueberries and drizzle the honey over the top.

One tip

If it sets too firm, stir in a splash of milk. Frozen berries work just as well, they thaw overnight with everything else.
