A low-carb dinner that leaves no gap: the salmon brings the fat and the protein, the vegetables bring the volume. Steamed, so they keep their colour.
Ingredients
Forserving
- 150 gSalmon fillet
- 100 gBroccoli
- 100 gCauliflower
- 80 gCarrots
- 10 gOlive oil (1 tbsp)
- Salt, pepper, lemon, dill
How to make it
- Break the broccoli and cauliflower into florets, slice the carrots. Steam them in a pot with a little water and a lid for eight minutes.
- Salt the salmon and fry it in oil for four minutes skin side down, two minutes on the other side.

One tip
The vegetables are done when a fork goes into the cauliflower but the broccoli is still green.
