Salmon needs very little: salt, heat, and to be left alone. Keep turning it and it will never crisp up.
Ingredients
Forserving
- 150 gSalmon fillet, skin on
- 250 gPotatoes
- 150 gPak choi
- 10 gOlive oil (1 tbsp)
- Salt, pepper, lemon
How to make it
- Peel the potatoes, cut them into chunks and boil in salted water for 20 minutes.
- Pat the salmon dry and salt it. Get the oil hot in the pan, lay the fish in skin side down and do not touch it for four minutes. Then turn it and give it two more minutes.
- Toss the sliced pak choi in the same pan for two minutes until the leaves wilt, then season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with lemon.
One tip
The salmon is done when it flakes apart with a fork. A little translucence in the middle is what you want.
