Tacos are spiced mince in a shell, and the rest is trimming. Cumin, paprika and chilli turn mince into something that tastes of Mexico.

- 75 gtaco shells or corn tortillas (3 piece)
- 50 gIceberg lettuce
- 100 gTomatoes
- 30 gCheddar, grated
- 30 gSalsa (2 tbsp)
- 5 gCanola oil (1 tsp)
- Cumin, paprika, chilli, salt, lime
How to make it
- Brown the mince in oil, season with cumin, paprika, chilli and salt, add a splash of water and reduce for five minutes.
- Shred the lettuce, dice the tomatoes. Warm the taco shells in the oven for three minutes.
- Mince into the shells, then lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and salsa, lime over the top.
One tip
The mince should be juicy, not dry. That splash of water with the spices is the sauce.
