- 150 gChicken breast
- 70 gRice, dry weight
- 150 gBroccoli
- 20 gSoy sauce (1.5 tbsp)
- 10 gHoney (2 tsp)
- 5 gSesame oil (1 tsp)
- Ginger, garlic, sesame seeds
How to make it
- Cook the rice, adding the broccoli to the water for the last four minutes.
- Cut the chicken into strips and fry it in the sesame oil over high heat for five minutes.
- Add the soy sauce, honey, grated ginger and garlic and reduce for two minutes until the sauce clings to the meat.
- Serve with the rice and broccoli, sesame over the top.
One tip
The sauce thickens in seconds. Wait too long and you have caramel in the pan.
