Peanut butter, soy sauce and lime make a sauce in one minute that clings to everything. The tofu is fried crisp first, and the vegetables keep their bite.

- 200 gTofu, firm
- 100 gBroccoli
- 80 gPeppers
- 60 gCarrot
- 25 gPeanut butter (1 tbsp)
- 20 gSoy sauce
- 10 gLime
- 10 gCanola oil (1 tbsp)
- 70 gRice, raw
- Ginger, garlic, chilli
How to make it
- Cook the rice. Whisk the peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, chilli and three tablespoons of water into a sauce.
- Fry the diced tofu golden all over in the hot oil, take it out.
- Fry the broccoli, pepper and carrot with the ginger and garlic over high heat for four minutes.
- Tofu back in, sauce over it, toss for a minute, serve with the rice.
One tip
The sauce thickens fast. If it stiffens, add a splash of water.
