Tuna salad between two slices of toast with cheese, fried in a pan. A diner classic that stands up in fifteen minutes and has more protein than most lunches.

- 120 gTuna, tinned, drained (1 tin)
- 20 gMayonnaise (1 tbsp)
- 30 gCelery
- 20 gRed onion
- 50 gCheddar (2 slices)
- 60 gTomato
- 10 gButter
- Lemon, pepper
How to make it
- Mix the tuna with the mayonnaise, finely diced celery and onion, lemon and pepper.
- Spread it on one slice, lay the tomato slices and Cheddar on top, close it.
- Butter the outside and fry for three minutes a side until the cheese melts.
One tip
Lid on the pan and the cheese melts before the bread goes too dark.
