- 500 gMinced turkey
- 60 gEgg (1 piece)
- 50 gRolled oats
- 80 gOnion
- 15 gMustard (1 tbsp)
- 30 gTomato purée (2 tbsp)
- Paprika, thyme, garlic, salt, pepper
How to make it
- Oven to 180 degrees. Finely dice the onion.
- Knead the mince with the egg, oats, onion, mustard, half the tomato purée, the spices, salt and pepper.
- Shape into a loaf, set it on a lined tray, brush with the rest of the tomato purée.
- Bake for 50 minutes, rest for ten minutes, then slice.
One tip
Mash and peas alongside, or cold with mustard on bread the next day.
