- 120 gMushrooms
- 100 gBroccoli
- 80 gPeppers
- 20 gSoy sauce
- 10 gCanola oil (1 tbsp)
- 5 gHoney (1 tsp)
- Ginger, garlic, sesame seeds
How to make it
- Fry the chicken strips in the hot oil for three minutes, take them out.
- Brown the quartered mushrooms over high heat, add the broccoli and pepper, three minutes more.
- Add the ginger and garlic, chicken back in, soy sauce and honey over it, toss for a minute.

With rice, or without rice as a low-carb dinner with more broccoli.
