Watermelon and feta sound wrong and taste right. Mint in between, lime over the top, and the salad is done before you notice.
Ingredients
Forserving
- 300 gWatermelon
- 60 gFeta
- 10 gOlive oil (1 tbsp)
- Mint, lime, pepper
How to make it
- Cut the watermelon into cubes, removing the seeds as you go.
- Crumble the feta over it, tear the mint and scatter it on.
- Oil, lime juice and pepper over the top. Eat straight away.
One tip
The melon has to be cold, the feta must not be. At room temperature the feta tastes of more.
